The Shanghai Cafe has a pleasant atmosphere with typical Oriental decorations on the walls. There are booths and tables.

The fish with scallions had a nice texture and a tasty sauce.
The pork dumplings seemed too dry and were not remarkable. I could have skipped them
The noodles with dried shrimp had a good flavor. The dried shrimp have a particular chewy texture that goes well with the noodles.
The slices of jalapeño peppers brighten the taste of this fried chicken dish.
Textured tofu tastes almost like meat. This dish had a nice flavor.
This wonton dumpling soup was too plain for my taste and did not have an appetizing aroma.
Overall, the Chinese food at the Shanghai Cafe was tasty and the service was good. The prices were relatively high and the portions were smaller than other Chinese restaurants in the area.
