Indique Heights features a large variety of genuine Indian dishes and excellent service. The breads and dosa are served piping hot right out of the tandoori oven or the grill. Vegetarian dishes and meat entrees are equally delicious. A good way of trying many different dishes is to order the buffet which has at least 10 main entrees and curries.
The Mini-Dosas are fluffy, chewy crepes made with a fermented batter of lentils and rice with a stuffing of chicken or potato and served with five different chutneys.
The lamb Seekh Kebab is a spicy ground lamb cooked on a skewer in the clay oven. Three different kinds of chutneys are placed at the table: cilantro, tamarind, and pickled lemon.
The lamb shank is braised with onion, ginger, garlic, garam masala, tomato and spices. It is a large meal that is served with lemon rice, white rice flavored with cardamom, dahl soup and spicy steamed vegetables.
The food has been consistently good at Indique Heights. However, the chairs with the curved arms are very uncomfortable. The back rib of the chair presses sharply against the spine instead of providing support when you lean back.
Biriyani is a flavorful long grained basmati rice preparation with aromatic herbs and spices cooked with your choice of lamb, chicken, shrimp or vegetable. It is served with steamed vegetables and yogurt sauce.
Lamb Roganjosh is a lamb curry cooked with an assortment of spices and tomatoes. It is served with white rice and a small bowl of dahl soup.
